What is happening?
We will no longer be supporting Apple devices on iOS 9 or older operating systems, so you will no longer be able to download updates after the end of March 2021.Why is it happening?
In the upcoming months we are excited to share many new games and activities with you all, in order to uphold the quality and quantity of fun and giggles provide by the World of Peppa Pig, we will be raising our requirements to iOS 10 on Apple devices.How will this affect the content I will have access to?
We will continue offering and supporting a selected assortment of activities to keep little ones smiling a little while longer. However, we still encourage our users to upgrade their OS to iOS 10 and above on Apple devices to continue receiving our future updates and surprises!What can I do?
Upgrade your operating system if possible on your Apple device. Please refer to Apple’s guidelines on how to do this. If you are unable to do so, please contact us on support@peppapig.com
